I want to share with you a novice and simple tip that could help increase the traffic to your site. Most of you probably know this tip but if you are like me you didn’t find out about until you had been blogging for three months.

Linking Gravatar To Your WordPress Site

1. Go to your dashboard

2. Go to your profile and click on it.

3. Scroll down to Website and enter: http://yoursitesname.wordpress.com

Then go down to update profile and click.

Hope this helps.

When you leave a comment on another WordPress site and your Gravatar is linked to your site you will gain more traffic.

She’s Hot But Can She Sing

I may not be that pretty to look at (I mean look at my avatar) but I know better than to drive myself to an American Idol try-out so the whole world can see my potato like features and hear my hideous voice.  That is usually what one sees when they watch this show.

But I suppose times are changing.  Now we have pretty people with bad voices.  Take a look.

Was it a dumb move of Katrina Darrell to arrive in a bikini or would it have been dumb for not showing up in it.  Was Simon Cowell dumb for letting her through to Hollywood?

Oh Sweet Seraphina

I know what you are thinking.  I’m going to ask you if Seraphina is a dumb name.  Well I’m not because I think we all know that answer to that.  It’s not dumb because some cute baby in the world owns it.  Now to what I find dumb.

I found this article this morning from newsday.com that was written by Robert Kahn.  In it he is describing the name Seraphina.  He mentions that the name come from the Old Testament.  So I head on over to oh so helpful google.com and enter the Seraphina.  My intentions was to look the name up in an online Bible.  Instead I came across the wiki article discussing the name Seraphina.  Here is what I found:

“A seraph is one of a class of celestial beings mentioned once in the Hebrew Bible (Tanakh or Old Testament), in Isaiah. Later Jewish imagery perceived them as having human form, and in that way they passed into the ranks of Christian angels. ” -Wikipedia

Dumb Thoughts

*Attention* This is your chance to leave a comment: Question:  How close is Robert Kahn to committing plagiarism?  And for the dumb question: Was it dumb of Robert Kahn to use the word “evolve” in place of the word “passed.”  I wasn’t aware that there was evolution in the Bible. Hmm….?

Okay, lets see, we have a Hebrew Bible but then Wikipedia says that the angels are Christian.  Dumb, Dumb, Dumb, because angels cannot be Christian.  A Christian is a HUMAN who has accepted God’s gift of grace, made possible by what Jesus the Christ did on the cross.  Jesus died for humans and not angels.  So Wiki is dumb.  Is it just plain dumb to use Wikipedia because of the dumb things they say?

WordPress Is A Glitch

WordPress glitches are dumb. WordPress is not dumb but glitches are always dumb. Right now I am experiencing technical difficulties with my site. This stinks but I guess there is nothing I can do about except contact support.

President-elect Barack Obama has asked the Bishop of the Episcopalian Church, the Right Reverend V. Gene Robinson, to give a prayer at his inauguration. This decision comes after he chose Rick Warren to offer prayer.  This seems like a smart move for Obama.  Smart, because he could quiet the uproar that was caused among the gay-community when he chose Rick Warren.  They did not like the choice of Rick Warren because he supported Proposition 8.  8 eliminated the right for same-sex couples to marry in the state of California.
