If you are depressed and you want to overcome the depression then you are in the wrong place because I am going to share with you unproven methods on how to overcome depression.  PS: Even Tom Cruise thinks you’re in the wrong place.

  1. Get Over It – Easier said than done.
  2. Threaten Your Serotonin Receptors – Just tell the serotonin in your brain to start reproducing.  Also it doesn’t hurt to give it an empty threat like, “Serotonin start working or so help me God!”
  3. Smile – You feel sad?  Smile more.  Isn’t working?  Then you’re not smiling big enough.
  4. Purchase A Tanning Bed – When the sun doesn’t shine people tend to be more depressed.  Well tell the sun to kiss where it doesn’t shine and just lay down in a  tanning bed all day.  You will probably get skin cancer but at least you will be happy.
  5. Your Turn – Share in the comments what other myths there are for overcoming depression.

If you try these methods you are guaranteed to be overcoming severe depression.
