I am an American living in Europe. As some of you know, Europe is not America. Sure they have a stronger currency that we do, which makes it quite difficult to live here. But…
One thing Europe is not better at than America is customer service.
Dummies of the Year has appeared to be neglected for the last couple of months. It wasn’t my choice. Europe basically shut me down because they are slower than molasses in February.
I signed up for phone/internet service 7 weeks ago. I was informed that it would take 3 weeks to be connected. Then they sent me a letter in the mail telling me I would finally be connected on week 8!!

There is one BIG company here that basically bully the smaller companies.

I hate the bully known as telecom!
Customer service is a dying art in the united States. Some of it is because people are becoming ruder.
People as in the customer or customer service or both?
Both.

I voted quick, even though I am not in America I cast my vote for Tasmania. My internet was connected in a couple of days.
