Black Neighbor Kid Hit White Neighbor Kid With Conduit Pipe

I thought I would let you know that I just saw the black neighbor kid beating up the white neighbor kid with a conduit pipe.  How the times have changed.  Bad taste?  Just reporting half-baked decisions… I have no control of skin color.
