Living in Europe can be lot more interesting than living in the USA. In the USA we have teeny-boppers trying to win that small contest called American Idol. In Europe we have 25 (qualified) countries trying to win an awesome song contest.
With that said, last night’s results were disappointing! In my opinion Eldrine from the country of Georgia should have won. Check them out in the first video:
But noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! This crappy, sucky group from some country called Azerbaijan won. Check out their flowery, Disney, chick flick video below:
If you watched it let us know who your favorite was
AND
Out of the two videos, which is better?

I see you got the site back up and running!
Yeah, I’ve been monitoring my bandwidth and it is way down despite still getting around the same traffic. I have no clue what was going on except for some hotlinking… maybe it was more than I knew.
Hey!
This is Eurovision…. you’re supposed to ask who our favourite was, not favorite was.
Honestly… some people!
Huh?
Yeah, I’m not getting it either.
Spelling, guys – spelling !!!
[That wee Nobbly's always picking me up, too, for using american rather than british spelling of english words]
Oh, well you guys can tell I live in some other country other than England.
Colour me surprised.
Binky, I was going to bring you to a theatre production of Cats. How’s that sound?
Fine, as long as the cats aren’t too big or too hungry.
I picked up on the spelling straight away as we spell it favourite here in Tasmania too.
Us Americans know better
ABBA have a lot to answer for!!!!!
ABBA?! Mama Mia!
That musical makes me want to shoot myself with a water gun.
That’s just because you haven’t heard me sing.
That’ll make anyone / anything else sound like an angel from above.
Scary but I think I’ll take you over the last video.
Is there no end to your talent Spilled Ink?
Ugh! Didn’t really care for either but the second one was insipid!
You’re a woman who thought the second one was dull. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I thought the 2nd was insipid too.
Dictionary.com says:(Yes I had to look it up to see what it meant)

Yep Insipid just about covers it…
I didn’t watch it this year.
Terry Wogan, who used to present the show for UK audiences, with his own inimitable sarcastic, piss-taking style was always the highlight of the show for me
It’s not been nearly as entertaining since he decided to quit !
Moldova was another favorite:

Isn’t there some better on another channel, like maybe a documentary on wombats or something?
Wombats are on every other weekend. Th Eurovision Song Contest only happens once a year.
Sweden was ripped off. I havent been this mad about a eurovision winner since 2008 when Kalomira from Greece was robbed by a douchebag iceskater on rollerblades from Russia. Goddamn political voting.

I heard somebody call it Neighborvision yesterday. It’s a shame that the best songs aren’t voted for.
Looks like Moldova gets my vote for awesome hats. I liked Eldrine the best of the two. I thought Turkey was great too. Especially on a sandwich with cranberry sauce…

Turkey was okay. I thought the upside down lady was interesting for sure.
