Brad Childress was fired as head coach of the Minnesota Vikings today. Viking fans have been holding up their signs and screaming their chants of “Fire Chilly” for a long time now.
The fans have got what they have wanted for so long but it may be too late. The vikings are 3 and 7 now and the Packers/Bears are 7 and 3. It will be tough to get a wildcard spot in this division.
Was Childress their only problem? How about Favre? Last night he threw his 17th interception of the season! Favre is my favorite player but his performance is his fault, not the head coaches.

They both need to go. Chilly lost respect with the team and Favre is feeling the effects of not attending the two-a-days that help build stamina for the season.
