Obama Cancels American Idol
Obama Cancels Idol
Thanks to our President, American Idol was pushed back a day. It is kind of funny that the only one who can trump Idol is Barack Obama. I have certain shows I watch on certain days so this really messed up my schedule or did it? No, actually it made it possible for me to tune into the American Idol results show.
American Idol Results
Last night it was Michael Sarver who was voted off. This was going to happen eventually because he is not the best singer on the show. But I think he went home way to soon. His voice is better than a couple of other singers (won’t name names because they are good people also).
Michael Sarver probably has the best personality a contestant has ever had on American Idol. I mean I want to invite him to my house, offer him a cold one and kick his butt at John Madden Football. He is just a really nice guy. Before the results were handed out, him and another contestant were standing side by side. This other contestant had a very sour look on his face while Michael Saver had one of the biggest grins on his face. He was thankful to have been on the show and was thankful to go home to his wife and daughter.
What’s Next For Michael Sarver?
He says that he wants to pursue pop/r&b music. I really hope he decides on country music instead. Country music is a whole lot different than it was 20 even 10 years ago. I think he could make it.
Your Thoughts
So what do you think Michael Sarver should do next? Should he go back to working on an oil rig? Should he pursue pop/r&b, or should he pursue country?
Mister Tanner was a cleaner from a town in the Midwest.
And of all the cleaning shops around he'd made his the best.
But he also was a baritone who sang while hanging clothes.
He practiced scales while pressing tails and sang at local shows.
His friends and neighbors praised the voice that poured out from his throat.
They said that he should use his gift instead of cleaning coats.
Was he a cleaner? Perhaps he can go back to what he did before with the happy thought that for a moment he stood in the spotlight.

I hate, hate, HATE American Idol. I wish the President really did have the power to cancel it! I know, First Ammendment...
Wow, thanks for the comment. He would never cancel it because he wouldn't get voted in for a second-term.
