Mainstream Media Goes Crazy For Barack Obama’s Pigment
Congratulations are in order. Congratulations to Barack Obama for becoming our 44th president. You seem to be a nice guy who loves his family. You have done what only 43 other people have been able to do.
I’m sorry, but I am going to say it: You are the most African American president we have ever had. I do not mean that sound prejudice because trust me, it’s not and I’m not! I look at the character of a man and not their pigment.
Now why do I say that you are the most African American president that we have ever had? Because you and I have a lot in common. Well, at least a little bit. I am probably 90% white and you are probably 50% white.
That’s right folks, our president is 50% white. But somewhere in the hustle and bustle of campaigns, elections, and inaugurations the news media has forgotten this fact.
Does it matter what color President Barack Obama’s pigment is? Absolutely not! Listen news media, all people are important. All pigmented people in this world are equally important. I truly hope that the news media will one day reach the point when they can see the heart of a person instead of the pigment that they carry with them throughout life.
At least they are praising his pigment instead of bashing it. Of course, they praise his color of pigment so much it kind of seems like the new trend. I just hope they don’t all of a sudden start praising Lederhosen!

Hey, I agree that it's a lot of "who shot John," but I give 'em a break. a couple of more news cycles and they'll be on to something else. Let them have their fun. News media is very much like 4 year old children--very short attention spans.

That is a pretty good point Brad.
I thought the same thing. I mean, it's an important event to see that it is possible for an African American to become President, but I think the next step is to look past that completely, and simply see a person as the President.
Until then, we haven't quite made it to Martin Luther King Jr's dream.
I hope they go onto something else. I don't care which news media one watches because they all have an agenda to push. They are all dorks.
