Nigerian Passenger Attempts To Blow Up International Flight

On a flight from Amsterdam to Detroit a Nigerian passenger attempted to blow up the plane.  The Nigerian and two other passengers suffered minor injuries.  We can all rest easily because the man failed and the President of the Untied States has been informed of the situation.

So, in your honest opinion, what should happen to the Nigerian passenger.
