You would think that men would know how to make oatmeal properly but guess what, they don’t.  I am going to change all that with this simple recipe.

7 Simple Steps to Manly Oatmeal

1. Pour some Old Fashioned Oats into a bowl.  Eyeball it.  Do not get out some dainty measuring cup.

2. Runs some water into it.  Not too much otherwise you will be standing in front of the microwave forever!

3. Toss it in the microwave.  Turn it on and watch it tumble in the bowl.  After a couple of minutes check it.  Ready oatmeal is not runny but thick.

4. Put a tablespoon of sugar into the bowl.

5. Add a gob of butter.  Not margarine!  Real butter is full of saturated fat.  This will keep you fuller longer and raises your testosterone.

6. Make sure to bury the butter underneath the oatmeal and let it sit for two minutes.

7. After the butter has melted stir it all up and enjoy!

Let’s keep this post simple because quite frankly who really wants to talk about this problem?  We don’t want to talk about it, we want to fix it.  So here are my 3 tips on how to get rid of the itch.

Three Steps To No More Jock Itch!

1. Keep Dry

Make sure that you are not letting this area get moist.  Make sure not to get this area excessively hot (stop thinking of puns to insert here).  Dry off well after you shower and don’t wear your Superman costume underneath your clothes!

2. Use Anti-Dandruff Shampoo

When showering use Anti-Dandruff shampoo on your whole area where you are being attacked.  Do this every time you shower and you will soon be in relief heaven.

3.  Apply Baby Powder

Baby Powder keeps the itch at bay and allows you to heal from any skin breakage.

Okay so Randy Moss misses his former team the New England Patriots but he acted like a Dan Fool yesterday after the game.

He responded like the love of his life broke his heart.

Here is a paraphrased version of what Randy said,

Listen Yo!  I ain’t taken no questions from you press.  You caused me to be fined $25,000 last week because I didn’t feel like talking to you.

I really got to hand it to the New England Patriots.  They are a far superior team than the Minnesota Vikings.

I want to personally kiss each one of the Patriots.  I love them.  Why or why did I get sent back to Minnesota???

(sheds a tear) This ain’t fair MAN!!  I’s supposed to be playen for dem Patriots!!!

I hate you press for wanten to ask me questions!
