Prevent Fried Shrimp With AYDS
At the time they made this video it was 1987. Let’s see, unless I am wrong people knew about the devastating effects of AIDS, right? They didn’t change their marketing much from their commercials of the 1970′s.
Who Is Most Dumb
Was the AYDS company dumb for not changing the name of their company when they found out about the other AIDS that also has great results with one losing weight? Or was it the actors who were more dumb for participating in the commercials?
Was it the consumer who purchased the AYDS so that they could avoid fried shrimp? Or, back to the AYDS company, are they dumb for not being politically correct? Is political correctness dumb? I look forward to your views, which by the way are not dumb… probably 
The video is humorous on many levels and I keep wondering if I should be laughing. Aids isn't funny but people who should have known better is... I guess that justifies my laughter.
According to Wikipedia, the term AIDS was coined in 1982, and this video was made in 1987! Weird! I woudl've thought they'd know.
Maybe it wasn't widely publicized back then, before the death of many famous people in the late 80s/early 90s.
