Rick Warren Did An Awesome Job!!

OOPS! My VERY bad. I thought the post was about the guy who did the BENEDICTION after the inaugural address, NOT the guy before.

I'm old and bad at names . . .

Yeah. If you read my post on rhetoric then you saw that I missed Obama's speech, but I caught Warren's benediction. I haven't heard the Inaugural Address yet but I was reminded of what Lincoln did following the two hour oration by Edward Everett at the Dedication of the Gettysburg Cemetery.

Everett spoke for two HOURS and Lincoln followed with two MINUTES. Now, like I said, I haven't heard the innaugural and it may be a little unfair to compare what a Benediction said as compared to the actual Address. But Warren's followup would be hard to beat.
