The Denver Broncos finally fired Josh McDaniels as their head coach.  The boy who started out with so much promise ended up a miserable failure.

Josh McDaniels Pros

• He trained under Bill Belichick, head coach of the New England Patriots.
• Daniels won Super Bowls with the New England Patriots.
• He signed Tim Tebow (this could be a pro, though it has yet to be seen).

Josh McDaniels Cons

• He was only 32 when he got hired.
• He let Jay Cutler go.
• He let Brandon Marshalls go.

Denver Broncos Head Coach Record

• 11-17

11-17 doesn’t sound that bad but considering that he started out 6-0 and then finished 5-17 puts that record in to perspective.
