We Interrupt Your Regularly Scheduled Programming
What were you doing last Monday night at 7:00 pm (central)? I was getting ready to watch one of my favorite shows, House. That was interrupted by President Obama coming on television to inform us that our economy sucks and if we don’t give $87 million for a polar ice breaking ship (I thought the caps were melting due to global warming) or $150 million for producers of livestock, farm-raised fish and honeybees then our economy will never recover. I know they are just tv shows that I was missing but considering that our economy is in the crapper they are all I have left.
100 Percent Unemployment Rate In The United States
If you are not from the United States you may be shocked to find out that nobody here has a job. We just sit around all day updating our blogs and waiting for the hits to roll in. Since this is the case wouldn’t it have been better for Obama to televise his teleprompter speech followed by his “uhhhhh, well, listen” Q and A time during the View? Please Mr. Obama don’t kick us in the testicles, we know our economy sucks. Do you have to rub it in our faces and take away our favorite shows to boot?
Dumb Thoughts
If you had a wish-list for the stimulus bill what would it be? Include your items and the amount you are going to need. Just remember that your wish-list should not actually help stimulate the economy.
