Did you know that only you can prevent forest fires?  But if you prevent a forest fire doesn’t this beg the question, “If I don’t start a forest fire am I not putting Smokey Bear out of a job?

Smokey Bear, sometimes referred to as Smokey The Bear, is the spokesperson bear for the prevention of forest fires.

So here we are in limbo.  Should we prevent forest fires and get Smokey Bear fired or should we take our magnifying glass and let the sun beams shine through to set the leaves on fire?

So the question isn’t whether or not we should prevent forest fires but should we start forest fires so that we can keep a good bear employed.

So do you love Smokey Bear enough to start a forest fire?
