Yes We Can!Barack Obama says, “Yes We Can!” like The Rock would say, “If you Smellllla What The Rock Is Cookin!” I always knew what the Rock was talking about but to be honest I don’t have a clue what Obama is talking about. What is the question that makes Obama answer with , Yes We Can!” Honestly can somebody please inform me what is the question? Thanks.

I actually thought the question was, "Can we make fried free fried chicken?"
And the people say?:
Wow, I just realized how racist that sounded. Was not my intention.
So it has been half a day and nobody has been able to tell me what the question to the answer "Yes We Can" is. Maybe somebody tonight will inform me.
