Aside from the meet and greet, it is your job to figure out more about the dog as well as its likes and dislikes. There are few questions that should be answered when looking for a potential family dog to be adopted or bought.

Question: Is the dog safe for everyone? 

There are dogs that are totally happy and cool in socialization with every member of the family.

Question: What’s the dog’s energy level? 

You might want your dog to accompany you and everyone else or one that you can carry in your arms for most of the time.
