Motivation is what driving us in doing things and exceeding other people’s expectations. However, staying motivated is not that easy.

Motivation is our driving force to reaching our goals, what keeping us up in the morning and completing a task and why we are committed and dedicated to succeed when things are rough.

Choose Your Motivation

There are 2 kinds of motivation and these are the Positive and Negative Motivation.

  1. Positive Motivation – this focuses on positive things that’ll happen the moment you take action. For instance, completing the project makes you just a step away to be qualified.
  2. Negative Motivation – this one concentrates on negative backlash that’ll occur if you fail to take action. A good example of this is, failure to finish the project within the day will make you fail your course.

Depending on how you see your motivation, whether positive or negative will push you to become a better version of yourself or drive you down; so choose wisely.
